My hearing aids have been a miracle! I thought my hearing was okay until Dr. Swain tested my hearing and installed my “new ears.” When I left her office and started home, I could hear sounds I had not been hearing, like birds. What a blessing! I like everything about my hearing aids. They are small, unnoticeable, adjustable, and they turn on and off. I have been to a lot of doctors offices, and truthfully I would have to say that Dr. Swain and her staff are at the top of my list!

My wife encouraged me to have my hearing loss treated. Now, I can HEAR her much better and I am so THANKFUL for that. The service I have received from Hearing Plus Audiology is PROFESSIONAL. They are the BEST.

Hearing aids have made a positive impact on my life by allowing me to hear without straining, which is definitely a different feeling. My favorite part about having hearing aids is that my wife doesn’t have to fuss at me anymore about not hearing; she isn’t saying I say "huh" or "what" all the time now! With my hearing aids, I don’t have to keep asking people what they said or to speak up — I can hear! My hearing aids are more comfortable than I expected. In the beginning everything was too loud, but that was just because I hadn’t heard those sounds in so long. By the second week my ears had adjusted! Dr. Swain was very thorough in making adjustments and explaining everything to me. The office staff is very courteous and helpful.
